Meet Robert House

I didn’t set out to just practice personal injury law — I set out to be good at trying cases, and personal injury is where that skill matters most for the people who need it. Over the past 15 years I’ve tried cases on both sides of the courtroom, plaintiff and defense, in 12 different Texas counties. That’s not a résumé line. It means I know exactly how defense counsel and insurance adjusters build their case against you, because I’ve built that case myself.
I am certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law (2017), a distinction held by roughly 1% of Texas lawyers. Of roughly 120,000 attorneys licensed in Texas, only about 1% are Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law. It’s not a credential you can buy or fast-track — it requires a substantial volume of documented trial and litigation experience, peer review by other board-certified attorneys, and passing a written specialty exam.

What Working With Me Looks Like
You’ll talk to me, not a paralegal reading from a script. I prepare every case as if it’s headed to trial from day one, because that’s the only way to negotiate from real strength instead of hoping the other side blinks first. If your case does need to go in front of a jury, you want the person who’s tried it before — not the person hoping it settles because they haven’t.
You Deserve Great Help
Tell me what happened, and I'll tell you honestly where you stand.
